Change is Coming! - Return Policy Update

We have some super exciting news that has been kept on the hush hush and we are so excited to let you guys know about this cat coming out of the bag!
So, without further ado, we are super excited - and hope you guys will be as well - to announce that our return policy is getting an upgrade! While some may find this somewhat trivial, we are super stoked about this change as this has been a long time coming.
Why did we decide to change this policy?
After hearing thoughts and concerns from our guests, best customers, and competitors, we came to the decision to change the length of our return policy. Starting 8/1/2022, we will be changing the time period of 7 days to 30 days. Our guests and customers are required to make a return request via the Return Portal within 14 days of receiving their order. From there, guests will have 30 days to return their orders for store credit. We do not return back to the original form of payment and do not see this changing in the foreseeable future but hope to change it at some point. Sale/clearance items will continue to be final sale and unable to be returned or exchanged. This is in effect due to items moving fast and we cannot guarantee the size will be there for our guests.
We understand some online stores/boutiques do not offer any returns at all (all sales final) but would like to continue to offer returns for our guests. If we see there is abuse of the return policy, we reserve the right to refuse orders and ban all orders in the future from the guest in question.
Is anything else major changing with the return policy update?
At this point, no other major changes are happening with the return policy. Our guests are required to go into the Return Portal within 14 days of their order being delivered. From here, our guest's have 30 days to return their package. Guest's still need to have the requirements listed in the return policy to be eligible for returning their items. Any item's that do not meet these criteria will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
