What a wild year it has already turned out to be already?! So much has happened around the globe and so much has happened in our world that we cannot begin to express how thankful we are for each and every one of you guys. Seriously, from the bottom of our hearts - thank you!

We tell you guys that we take each guest experience and feedback offered from our guests to help make future guests experiences so much better. We are here to tell you guys all the new good stuff coming (and in the works already) and we seriously hope y'all are as excited as we are with this great stuff coming your way!

Now we know you have already saw the headline and are like, "Okay, but guys... new shipping?! New products?! And more?!" We know, we know... we literally said, "What the french toast?!" when we planned this announcement!

So without further adieu, let's get down to the tea!

 

Shipping

Let's face it, we order online with the expectation that we blink and somehow our order winds up on our doorstep! We can't tell you how many times we have ordered something ourselves and expect it to be there on an expected time frame and then - BAM! That big, bad email screaming "DELAYED DELIVERY" 

This past year, we have learned so much from our guest's delivery experiences and time frames that we set out to be able to change this. From COVID lockdowns, extended holidays observed and so much more, we felt the need to move on to bigger and better things! Over the past few months, we have been working with several vendors and service providers to be able to give our guest's what we want and be able to provide a better, more reliable shipping service to our guests.

Currently, we operate with DHL from our overseas warehouses to be able to be delivered to our US warehouses, then sent out via USPS. This process takes 5-business days, which includes processing time for the orders and being able to process it as well in the states to pass 2 quality checks for double inspection points. These products that are provided from our overseas warehouses come directly from the manufacturers with the intent of having US sizing and proportions, which causes our shipping time frames to be so extent.

Moving forward, we are reducing our shipping time to 2-5 business days with strictly USPS, which includes the processing time. But what about the quality checks you mentioned earlier? No biggie, we have already reviewed all the products that were sent to our warehouse and are ready to be shipped out! 

So we thought, "Why don't we just strictly go to US warehouses with US based products?"...

Which brings us to our next goodie!

 

Products

As much as we love our overseas friends, the sizing hasn't always been the most reliable. Euro US sizing and true US sizing just don't work well together in the same sentence... or order... just trust us on this, its a thing. While some things are great, there were some things that just didn't understand the assignment and left you feeling like a busted can of biscuits. 

Our new product launches come from the best selling vendors in the LA fashion district, with true US sizing and measurements in mind. Majority of the new products have sizing from S-3XL, which translates to Size 2/4 to a size 22/24 depending on the levels of stretch and materials used to make the clothing. Select styles with sizing of S-L/XL will be listed in the item description as well as curvy/plus sizes belong in their own collections for easy filter and shopping. 

Shoes and accessories - c'mon man, you know we just HAD to! Adding in these new pieces are going to change the game for closet just as much as the dress you have in your cart. Booties, sandals, necklaces and so much more are headed your way and we are LIVING for these pieces. 

Product descriptions are fully loaded with details ranging to measurements per size to sheerness to fit details. The new products do come with the 2-5 business day shipping time frame as mentioned above and will be there at your doorstep before your next 2 SHEIN order comes in.

The & More Part!

Sizing charts y'all! These bad boys will be getting some serious over hall soon and it's definitely for the best. Models shown in our products will have measurements for bust, torso, and waistline so our guests can better determine their sizing based on model measurements as well as product descriptions. 

Obviously, everyone still uses SOME form of social media, right? Whether it be Facebook, Instagram, or scrolling endlessly through TikTok, we are HOOKED.

We are excited to announce that we will be doing LIVES and a few other cool things in the pipeline that we can't say too much about just yet, but trust us - you guys will love them!
