Holiday Shipping - Get It by Christmas Deadlines

As many of you know, Christmas will be here before you know it. We've gotten our belly's full of Halloween candy and extra Thanksgiving turkey, so we've got just 3 weeks to burn all the calories to fit into our best Christmas sweaters.
This year, we are kicking it off with all the sales for all the things. We are ready to deck the halls, stuff the stockings and get presents to your doorstep as fast as we can. So what does this mean for you?
Shipping Deadlines
For those of you who have been with us since day one, you have noticed how much has changed from quality and pricing to how fast you receive your packages and how to handle something if it doesn't work out for you. So much has changed for the better and we are constantly working to improve how we work behind the scenes to be better for you guys!
This year, our Christmas deadlines have been set and guarantee delivery by Christmas as long as you meet the following deadlines:
- All regular products: Order placed by 12/12/2022
- All Worth The Wait products: Order placed by 12/5/2022

Holiday Returns
We know that somethings don't make the cut, especially when you are trying to figure out what size to get or you get it, and you just don't vibe with it.
To help with this or whatever the case may be, we have implemented a extended return policy exclusively for the holidays.
Orders placed on 12/1 through 12/25 with be eligible for returns as long as it meets the standard return policy guidelines, i.e. tags, non fragrant, etc. Currently, we require our guests to request a return through our return portal 14 days after receiving the order. This extension will allow our guests to request a return label up to 14 days after 12/25 and allow the guest to return their items up until the 30 day mark of receiving their return label. For example, the item is received on 12/25, guests will be eligible to request a return label up to 1/8 and have to send it back to our warehouse by 2/6.
We hope this extension helps guests through the holidays and not rush to get their orders back to us as the chaos can be overwhelming.
