All orders over $75 will be eligible for free shipping.
Make sure you are shipping to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees.
If packages are sent to the wrong address with Honey & Fig being at fault for the issue, we will cover costs 100% for replacing your order.
We understand mistakes happen and want our customers happy, however, once the items leave our shipping facilities, we are not responsible for any packages in any way, shape, or form.
Domestic (within the US)
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days. Orders can take 3-6 business days from shipment date to be delivered for a total of 10 days for the whole process.

Please make sure the address we are shipping to is a secure address. If packages are stolen we will try our best to help but we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Due to higher online order volumes across the US, there may be a delay in your package delivery time during the holiday seasons. Please allow an extra 2-3 business days for delivery of your package.
Tracking your order is easy! We supply you with a tracking number once it is ready and sent via email. We currently use USPS as our mailing provider, but hope to change providers in the future!
Returns & Exchanges
WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.
Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital Gift Card
We must receive your return within 7 business days of your order date to be eligible for a refund.
Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.
Returns must be received within 7 business days of RECEIVING your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase), at our warehouse. For returned items past the 7 day return period, a 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the store credit given. The 7 days starts from the day the order was received by the customer. Returns older than 7 business days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.
Our customer service runs from Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST with the exception of holidays observed. (For example, if we are closed the Monday for a holiday and will have left the office at noon the Friday prior.)
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Lost items are not refundable with the exception of Honey and Fig being at fault (I.e. accidentally sending the package to the wrong address, however, we use the information our customers supply in their orders)
HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Expect an emailed E-Gift card within 3 business days of the delivery of your Return at our warehouse.
Do we offer return labels?
Unfortunately we do not, but we can supple you with the return address. Be sure to drop us a email to email@example.com and we will get it started for you right away! We will reimburse you for the shipping charge or $4.95 to your original payment to send back your order. Reimbursement is standard flat rate $4.95 shipping, despite eligibility of free shipping status on order placed originally. We hope to provide free returns to our customers in the future.
Can I make a return past the 7 business day period for store credit?
Unfortunately we cannot accept clothing past the 7 day return policy for store credit. If items are returned past this period the customer will be required to pay a 25% restocking fee per item to have the items sent back.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable.
All sale items
If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via E-Gift card. You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit.
All defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit.

To all of our guests,
Holiday season is finally here and upon us. With order volumes driving up slowly across the country and different market, shipping has been extended to reflect better for our customers. Shipping times normally run at most 5-10 business days for every day orders. With prolonged shipping and order pick ups, we have been forced to adjust our shipping times to 8-12 days with some orders a prolonged delay up to 15 days.
Orders placed by or on November 26th, 2021 are guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. Orders placed after this cutoff date, are not guaranteed to arrive by the holiday. Orders placed can arrive earlier than expected, but not later than Christmas.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We are working around the clock to make sure your orders are staying on schedule. When placing orders, please take this into consideration that this is out of our hands. While we are doing everything within our power to ensure your orders are processed appropriately, we are also ensuring the safety of our workers and those they come into contact with within the warehouse and office spaces.

Tracking your package is simple! Once the tracking number is sent via email, our guests are allowed to track their packages on their own accord via USPS or our Track Your Order feature located within our main menu. When the tracking number is released to our guests, we have placed the order within the mail system. It is then up to USPS to update the shipping information once tracking is released to the guest. Please allow the appropriate time frame within our shipping policy to receive your order before contacting customer support.
